My wife and daughter hit an obstacle on I-10 just past Slidell at night and I called Dan at ASAP towing and he could not have been more helpful to get someone sent right away and he even called the state trooper to make sure there was safety on the roadside. Vehicle got towed to the closest repair shop and the driver dropped off my wife and daughter to the nearby hotel. Everything was repaired the next day and they were able to continue on their journey. 10/10 my vehicle was completely in operable on the lake Pontchartrain bridge at night. I was alone with no lights. Not the best feeling in the world. The dispatcher stayed on the phone with me until he checked the location of the driver to confirm he was in route and only about 8 minutes away. The driver arrived maybe even faster than that made sure that I made it safely to his truck while he loaded my truck up. They were extremely professional and made me feel safe being a female in that situation.
